This was an emergency call. Ericson's called quickly after I applied on HomeAdvisor. He explained that he could send a technician, but would take a little time because he was at a difficult job. I called after a couple hours to check, and he explained they were having greater difficulty at the existing job, but WOULD come to fix our problem as soon as possible. He thanked me for my patience. Within another hour or so, they called me to confirm the technician was on the way and would arrive in 20-30 minutes. The technician arrived, assessed, and fixed the problem within another hour or so. The cost was not cheap, but not exorbitant for a Saturday emergency. Would recommend these folks and am very happy with how everything overall was handled.
